The Institute for Safe Medication Practices(ISMP) wishes the Union of Risk Management for Preventive Medicine (URMPM) and its member organizations happy holidays and a productive new year.
Medication safety cannot be accomplished without
collaboration between all healthcare stakeholders, domestically and internationally. ISMP is looking forward to working with URMPM in 2007 to prevent errors, bring more awareness of risk management issues, and ensure safe medication use.
